Centigram Centigram Communications was the manufacturer of the popular VoiceMemo voice mail systems was incorporated in Delaware in 1991, and was preceded by a company incorporated in California. Centigram was sold in June of 2000 to ADC Telecommunications of Minnetonka for $201 million in cash and stock. On May 8, 1998, Mitel acquired the assets of the Customer Premises Equipment of Centigram Communications Corporation for $22 million. In October, 2001 ADC sold the enhanced services division to SS8 for $45 million. The Centigram Communications VoiceMemo voice mail product line that focused on Customer Premise equipment has evolved into the Mitel NuPoint Unified Communications system. The product line that was Service Provider market also referred to as the Enhanced Services division is now part of SS8. CommuniTech Services offers maintenance contracts on all of these products and we support nearly all of these systems in the field. The four Centigram products include: Model 70 (4 to 32 ports) Model 120R (4 to 48 ports) Model 120S (8 to 60 ports)
